Properties Portfolio Overview
| G & K Industries' current real estate portfolio consists of 115 multifamily properties, 5 small craft boat marina properties, 25 congregate care and convalescent facilities, 55 commercial, retail and industrial developments, 1 for-sale housing property under development, and several parcels of land held for future development. Properties are owned in partnerships or limited liability companies and are generally controlled by Jona Goldrich, Sol Kest and Warren Breslow, along with Robert Hirsch. An overview of our portfolio is presented below. Our multi-family housing portfolio includes both government subsidized and conventional properties. These properties are concentrated in Southern California, San Francisco Bay, and San Jose areas. Mixed-use properties are primarily combinations of luxury apartments with commercial and/or retail space. Three marina properties are located in Marina del Rey, one in Newport Beach and one in Huntington Beach. Congregate care facilities comprise the second largest segment of the portfolio, with all but two of the properties located in California. All of the facilities are leased to third-party operators. The commercial and industrial properties in the portfolio are located in 17 states with the majority in Southern California and most enjoy close to 100% occupancy. For-sale housing properties also are located in Southern California and feature view home sites in Northern San Diego County, and West Covina. G & K Management Co., Inc., an affiliate of G & K Industries, is the property management company for the majority of G & K Industries’ properties. |
