  The Property Supervisor will have more than 4 years property management experience. The Property Supervisor will be responsible for operations of properties, training, managing staff, physical condition of the property and resident relations.

Southern California

APARTMENT OFFICE MANAGER Los Angeles
  Apartment Office Manager for a 36-unit apartment community. Must have previous property management and Section 8 experience. Must be computer literate.
APARTMENT OFFICE MANAGER Canoga Park
  Apartment Office Manager for a 82-unit apartment community. Must have previous property management and Section 8 experience. Must be computer literate.
LEASING AGENT (P/T) San Diego
  (Part-time) Leasing Agent/Office Assistant for a 170-unit apartment community. Duties consist of touring the property, leasing and administrative paperwork.
MAINTENANCE MANAGER Garden Grove
  Maintenance Manager for a 178-unit apartment community. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall day to day maintenance operation of the apartment community.
MAINTENANCE Los Angeles
  Maintenance for a 193-unit apartment community. Maintenance is responsible for turning apartments, plumbing, electric fixtures, interior paint, repair/replace parts, corrective maintenance, and ground maintenance for the apartment communities.
