Summary

G & K Industries has a diverse real estate product base, which is geographically concentrated in California--primarily in Southern California with a secondary emphasis in the Northern California Area. Government subsidized multifamily complexes comprise approximately 34% of the portfolio. The balance of the portfolio consists of conventional apartment properties, mixed-use and marinas, congregate care facilities, commercial/industrial, and for-sale housing. The properties are owned in partnerships generally controlled by Jona Goldrich, Warren Breslow, and/or Sol Kest.
